About the programme

A journey to arrive and stay.

Jornada Carreiras Negras is the learning programme of Instituto Das Pretas that expands knowledge, strategy, networks and opportunities for Black professionals.

The question that runs through the programme's communication — When do we arrive? How do we stay? — becomes a learning path here.

Jornada is part of the institute's Education and personal development area, which creates learning journeys and development methodologies for Black people, leaders and organisations.
